At GMPH, we are passionate about creating an entry point into the sport of cutting through quality instruction and a welcoming environment for riders of all experience levels. Whether you're stepping into the saddle for the very first time, an experienced horseman looking to learn the discipline of cutting, or a seasoned competitor hoping to sharpen your skills, we're here to help you reach your goals.

We believe the best way to learn is on a horse that can truly teach, which is why our lessons are conducted on high-quality, trained cutting horses. As we like to say, if you're going to learn to drive a Ferrari, you should learn in a Ferrari. From understanding cattle and developing feel in the saddle to learning the rules and strategy of the sport, we'll guide you every step of the way.

As an NCHA Certified Judge and accomplished trainer, Gildo Minichiello brings a unique perspective to every lesson. Not only does he know how to develop successful horses and riders, he understands the sport from every angle and is passionate about helping others discover what makes cutting one of the most rewarding disciplines in the horse industry.

Most importantly, we believe learning should be fun. Expect a few famous Gildo toothpaste analogies along the way, and if you're lucky, maybe even a little pizza.
